Thank you so much for the guidance and help during our booking process as I planned something to new and strange to me. The Bali 4.2 Catamaran was the perfect choice for us. Continue to recommend that for families!
More importantly, skipper Mrki and hostess Iva were amazing. The skipper intuitively sensed what my family needed and navigated us to the perfect coves and seaside, charming fishing villages. We did just enough big spots but focused on the best parts. His restaurant recommendations and reservations were amazing.
Iva was sweet and talented. She was helpful but not intrusive. She was skilled with her food preparation and accommodated our needs.
I will forever recommend your agency and this vacation to everyone I know. In my 30 years of multi-continent travels, I have never had a better experience.

We looked at several sailing companies and settled on Active Sailing based on the first class customer service from Janez. He patiently answered all our questions, helped us problem-solve travel logistics, and searched for the perfect boat for our family needs. The trip was perfect. Seven days of beautiful blue seas, a terrific skipper Bojan who knew all the right spots for swimming and eating and sleeping, and lifetime family memories.

A 5-day sailing trip in Croatia at the end of September was an experience of a lifetime. The skipper and hostess, Ivan and Iva, welcomed me like family. I felt safe and well taken care of as I was travelling alone during my time with them. I loved the islands and culture they showed me and will truly never forget this experience. I can’t wait to come back!

We had a great experience on Oceanis 48 that recommended at "Sailing Forever" yacht charter in Split.
The people at the base were very friendly and helpful. The ship was ready on time and in perfect conditions. We had a wonderful week in the islands and visited stunning moorings.

I had one dream and that was to make memories!  Memories were not only made but lives were also changed. 😃 I came on this trip with a lot of worries as I wanted it to be just right. The four of you were all amazing in how you professionally handled our group, the weather and any situation that was encountered during the week.

Each of you showed us your passion for the water and the sport of sailing. Croatia is beautiful and I know at times you may take it for granted but I hope I can reassure each of you that how you do your job, you show us that it is not only just a job but a love for the water the boat and the wind.  

I feel so blessed to have met each of you and see how you do your craft bringing all of those elements together!  
Thank you for blowing our minds with the sights, the sounds, and stories.  It was a dream come true!

We opted for the safe option and booked "off season yacht charter" with Active Sailing taking the Skipper option - how fortunate we were to have you as our Skipper from the moment we arrived we felt comfortable and in experienced safe hands .

After discussion re our expectations for the week we set off on what has to be one of the best holiday experiences we learned so much around all aspects of sailing whilst having a fun relaxing holiday, local food and hospitality along with the amazing "secret" places we visited made this a lifetime unforgettable holiday that we would recommend to anyone considering this type of holiday.

Just returned back from Croatia where we chartered a sailboat Oceanis 45 in a charming town Trogir. We really had a special and unique 7-day yachting experience which was only possible with the expertise of the local skipper. I didn’t realise the importance of a knowledgeable skipper for firstly feeling safe at sea but secondly for the guidance of the trip.

We had an unforgettable sailing holiday and it will always be a trip we remember and cherish

My family of 10 recently travelled from Trogir, Croatia to Dubrovnik on a catamaran for 5 days. The trip was amazing and we cannot thank our Captain Jozo enough. Our children refer fondly to Jozo as James Bond-always right there when you need him 😃 and quietly ensuring that their trip would be nothing short of spectacular.
Jozo’s knowledge of sailing and the beautiful country of Croatia truly gave us an experience of a lifetime. Under his recommendations we were fortunate enough to see parts of some of the islands that have created memorable experiences of a lifetime.

We were at all times treated like royalty-enjoying dinner literally on the waters edge overlooking the beauty and tranquillity of the Adriatic Sea. All this was made possible through Active Sailing. The ease of booking this trip through Active Sailing under the direction of Janez was exceptional.

We took a 2-week Zadar sailing itinerary in July 2022. It was a great recommendation from Active Sailing team especially on choosing the seaworthy sailboat on which we would feel safe and comfortable during our 14-day sailing trip.

She definitely sailed fast and nicely. We spent more than half our days in a tranquil Kornati national park, sailing several hours each day out and back into the Adriatic with great winds and no other boats😃.
Discovering amazing seaside restaurants inside the park was the highlight for us while the kids took the advantage of snorkelling in azure blue waters.

A perfect holiday. It had everything, great sailing, swimming, sun and food. Janez and Simona were both very welcoming and made the holiday with their warmth and good humour.

Skipper Janez knew all the anchoring spots which meant we could escape the crowds. Simona produced amazing meals. I would go back in a heartbeat.
