Croatia is among the safest counties in the world. Overall crimes in Croatia are quite low making it extremely safe to travel around. By land, or at sea. This European gem is also the cradle of Mediterranean sailing holidays and a true paradise for sailing inclined. With warm and calm Adriatic sea, fair weather, abundance of sunshine, moderate winds and warm local people, Croatia is a must-visit for beginners or experienced sailors.

A private 7-day Croatia sailing tour from Split is probably the most relaxed and pleasurable way to really feel the authenticity of the stunning Dalmatia region. This "off-the-beaten-route" yacht getaway is a unique chance to explore the popular islands Hvar, Korcula, Vis and Brac with avoiding crowds at the same time.

High summer in Croatia might be quite busy with tourists, however weather is simply glorious. If you like more action, vivacity, buzzing streets and warm Mediterranean temperatures, you will hit the spot, if your book your trip in peak season months July or August. If you prefer more tranquillity on your cruise and to experience the genuine heartbeat of the country, choose June or September.

Weather conditions with bit stronger winds and still warm temperatures in September is a skippers delight, but if you are looking for a one week of a leisure on your sailing vacation, then June is the perfect choice.
